"Creative AI tools should not perpetuate bias or limit inclusive representation." This topic let me to think of most current AI tools have the "sensitive content" prompts when we mention some possibly biased and sensitive topics, such as warfare, politics... But for early data collection, they might not be able to avoid all biased opinions.
"AI-generated creative works can be considered human creations." AI is just a tool for art creating. But before AI-generative art belonging to an artist, the artist have to show his creative thinking, progress, and which part of his art uses AI.
"Creative AI tools should produce outputs that avoid cultural appropriation." Cultural appropriation is hard to avoid even in human-creating artwork. This topic reminds me the concept of "Orientalism". As a Chinese, I often feel confused and uncomfortable in some artworks and film works creating by western authors. When I try to use AI tools creating some Asian styled works, I can tell the huge difference between the outputs and real Chinese flavor.
